Consignment Sale

1. You must bring your title to the auction when you bring your vehicle(s) to the auction.

2. The title must be in your name! No open titles.

Go to the tag office and have your title transferred to your name or go sign yourself up to be a used motor vehicle salesman. No exceptions!

3. If you choose to PO your vehicle you will incur a $40.00 charge. You will not get your title back until you pay.

4. All vehicles need to be consigned on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. No Saturday check ins.

5. If you have an out of state title or a tribal title you must go have a VIN inspection done with the Oklahoma Tax Commission before selling your vehicle.

6. Does your title have a lien? If so, bring your lien release! Must be an original lien release, copies will not be accepted.

7. Can you find your VIN #? Can you read your VIN #? If you can’t how can we? Boats, motors, campers, etc. all have VIN #s! Familiarize yourself with your VIN for quicker check-in.

8. All sellers with late titles will be charged $20 per title. Sellers will also be charged $10.00 per title that has to be mailed to the buyer.

9. You must bring your title with you to check your vehicle in, if not you will be charged $20 per title and your vehicle will not be placed in line to sell.

Please note that each month you must come to the Chupps Auction Company office to get a NEW buyer’s number. Our office is located on-site at the location of the auction.

Sales start at different times based on their category. Below are estimates of the start times for each category.

• Miscellaneous: 8:00 AM
• Animals: 8:30 AM
• Guns: 9:00 AM
• Equipment/Vehicles: 11:00 AM

Yes, but you must be at the auction to do so. The cost to PO an item is $40.  Your choice, pay commission or pay $40 per PO.

Beginning Feb 1, 2019, sellers may not deduct buys from their check.

Wednesday 9 am – 6 pm – Large equipment, vehicles, tractors, boats, and new lumber. (No misc items!)
Thursday 8 am – 6 pm – All of the above plus all the misc. items that go in the field.
Friday 8 am – 6 pm – All of the above plus all the misc. items that go in the field.

Bring all the animals on Saturday morning.

We do accept vehicles, boats and farm equipment on Thursday and Friday too, but misc items will not be accepted on Wednesday.
